Abstract

The invention provides a copper (II) tetracarboxyphenyl porphyrin / titanium dioxide composite material with high catalytic activity. The composite material CuTCPP / P25m containing titanium dioxide withthe content of, in percent by mass, 0.1-2.0% is prepared by performing reflux on titanium dioxide (P25m) which is modified through hydrothermal treatment and CuTCPP in ethanol. According to compositematerial, the P25m is sensitized through the CuTCPP so as to improve the photoresponse ability of the P25m, and the composite material has a wide light absorption range and a high charge separation efficiency, and has high photocatalytic activity in a photocatalytic reduction reaction of CO2; compared with the P25m which is applied to reduction of CO2 into CH4 and CO, the CuTCPP / P25m has an obviously improved catalytic activity, and the yields of CH4 and CO are 19.39 mumol / g / h and 2.68 mumol / g / h separately; therefore, the composite material has an excellent reduction performance for CO2.
