The slow-release antibacterial agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of a fine silt powder, 5-10 parts of sodium polyacrylate, 1-10 parts of crosslinking polyacrylic acid resin, 2-10 parts of nonionic polyacrylamide, 0.5-8 parts of a crosslinking agent, 2-5 parts of a bactericide and 1-3 parts of a tissue protector, wherein the fine silt powder is prepared by treating mud flat silt; the crosslinking agent is dihydroxyaluminum aminoacetate; the bactericide is at least one of copper abietate, potassium permanganate and lanthanum sulfate; the tissue protector is a mixture of oxidized and reduced glutathione.
