Abstract

The invention provides a method for determining content of plumbagin in Plumbago auriculata by HPLC, and belongs to the technical field of chemical detection. The method comprises the following steps:1) sample collection, sample baking and pulverization; 2) preparation of a standard product stock solution and drawing of a standard curve; 3) preparation of a sample liquid; 4) determination of thecontent of the plumbagin in the sample liquid. 0.5g of Plumbago auriculata sample powder is weighed, dissolved with 25mL of methanol, ultrasonically treated for 30min, filtered by a 0.22mu m filter head, and injected into a high performance liquid chromatograph for determination. The plumbagin in the sample liquid can be calculated according to a linear regression equation. The invention aims to provide a method for determining the content of the plumbagin in the Plumbago auriculata, and the method is simpler in operation, accurate, true and reliable in results, and can be used for quality control for the Plumbago auriculata broccoli without a long extraction process.
