Abstract

An application method of a serum lipid biomarker in NSCLC early diagnosis includes the following steps: collecting serum samples of NSCLC patients, patients with benign lung lesions and normal people;pretreating the serum samples, and detecting lipid metabolism markers in each serum sample by utilizing a method of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometry; screening NSCLC-related differential lipid metabolism markers through a method of multivariate pattern recognition analysis; screening out key metabolic pathways with highest correlation with the lipid metabolites through KEGG analysis and metabolic pathway analysis of NSCLC differential lipid metabolites; performing network analysis of "gene-enzyme-reaction-metabolite" of the NSCLC differential lipid metabolites, to obtain a network graph of the NSCLC differential lipid metabolites; and screening and obtaining the serum lipid biomarker for the NSCLC early diagnosis through integrationof the screening of the NSCLC differential lipid metabolism markers and analysis results of the metabolic pathways.
