The invention relates to a screening method for deep-seeding-resisting corn germplasms. The method comprises the following steps: collecting corn germplasm materials in areas; selecting 90 full and unbroken seeds from the corn germplasm materials; determining an experimental barrel which is 25cm in height and 16cm in diameter and corresponds to each variety, packaging vermiculites which are 10cm deep uniformly to all experimental barrels before seeding, and thoroughly pouring water; then, uniformly seeding 30 full and unbroken seeds selected from the selfing lines to vermiculites in the experimental barrels, then covering the vermiculites by 15cm, and repeating the experiment for 3 times; after seeding the germplasm materials, placing the germplasm materials in a same heliogreenhouse, maintaining the indoor temperature at 25+/-2 DEG C and humidity at 70%+/-3, and naturally germinating to emerge; in 10 days, carrying out statistic on rate of emergence, and retaining 10 strains which are consistent in growth for each sample to determine root, root length, mesocotyl length, coleoptile length, seedling length and the like; identifying and evaluating the deep-seeding resistances for the germplasms and screening the self lines with strong deep-seeding resistances. According to the method provided by the invention, the screening workload is reduced, and the screening efficiency and the accuracy of the screening result are improved.
