Abstract

The production technology relates to a method for producing the environment-friendly inner wall ceramic brick by comprehensively using a ceramic production waste and a low-grade ceramic ore material as raw materials, and is capable of effectively reducing the production cost and protecting the environment. The production technology comprises the following steps: A, dosing, i.e., taking the production waste, the low-grade ore material and a common ceramic material, wherein theparts by weight of the raw material components are as follows: 10-24 parts of the production waste, 20-30 parts of the low-grade ore material, and 46-70 parts of the common ceramic material; B, putting into a ball mill, ball-milling to form slurry, and sieving; C, preparing powder by atomization and drainage, and sending to a powder cabin for obsolescence; D, sending the prepared slurry to a pressmould for pressing, wherein a pressure is 30000-34000 KN; E, drying, and glazing a formed material; and F, sending to a kiln for firing to obtain the environment-friendly inner wall ceramic brick.
