Abstract

The invention discloses a determination method of a migration amount of a phthalate ester plasticizer in a food contact material. The determination method comprises the following steps of adding a food contact material sample after being cut into pieces in a waterborne food analogue test solution, soaking a mixture with a thermostatic waterbath, adding a supermolecule solvent in obtained migrationliquid, performing shaking extraction and centrifugation, taking supernatant liquid, diluting the supernatant liquid with methanol, and adopting ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry for determination, wherein the supermolecule solvent is a mixed solution of n-octanol, tetrahydrofuran and water. The determination method of the migration amount of the phthalate ester plasticizer in the food contact material is accurate and reliable, is simple and convenient to operate and is suitable for detection of the migration amount of the phthalate ester plasticizer in thefood contact material.
