Problems solved by technology

[0005] The purpose of the present invention is to solve the problem that MOFs as enzyme-like metal nodes mainly focus on Fe so that the types of enzyme-like materials based on MOFs are limited; at the same time, there are few studies on bimetallic MOFs-like enzymes. The present invention utilizes two The synergistic catalysis between metals and the advantages of more internal defects due to their differences in coordination ability make the material have good enzyme-like activity for H 2 o 2 The detection further expands the application range of bimetallic MOFs

Embodiment 1

[0029] Embodiment 1: A method for the colorimetric detection of hydrogen peroxide based on the enzyme-like properties of bimetallic Co / Mn-MOFs, such as figure 1 shown, including the following steps:

[0030] (1) Accurately weigh 0.7136g (3mmol) of CoCl 2 ·6H 2 O and 0.5298g (3mmol) of MnCl 2 4H 2 O mixed and dissolved in 10ml of ethanol; then weighed 0.1246g (0.075mmol) of phthalic acid and dissolved in another 10ml of ethanol. The two solutions were slowly added dropwise to 10ml of DMF at the same time, stirred while adding dropwise, and stirred for another 2 hours after the dropwise addition was completed. Then the mixture was transferred to a polytetrafluoroethylene-based hydrothermal reactor, and reacted at 150° C. for 12 h. After the reaction, the reactor was cooled to room temperature, and the mother liquor was poured out for vacuum filtration. The obtained powder was washed three times with DMF and absolute ethanol respectively, and then the powder was vacuum-drie...

Embodiment 2

[0034] Embodiment 2: A method for the colorimetric detection of hydrogen peroxide based on the enzyme-like properties of bimetallic Co / Mn-MOFs, such as figure 1 shown, including the following steps:

[0035] (1) Accurately weigh 0.9515g of CoCl 2 ·6H 2 O and 0.7064 g of MnCl 2 4H 2 O mixed and dissolved in 10ml of ethanol; then weighed 0.1412g of phthalic acid and dissolved in another 10ml of ethanol. The two solutions were slowly added dropwise to 8ml DMF at the same time, stirred while adding dropwise, and stirred for another 3 hours after the dropwise addition was completed. Then the mixture was transferred to a polytetrafluoroethylene-based hydrothermal reactor, and reacted at 150° C. for 14 h. After the reaction, the reactor was cooled to room temperature, and the mother liquor was poured out for vacuum filtration. The obtained powder was washed with DMF and absolute ethanol for 5 times respectively, and then the powder was vacuum-dried for 15 h to obtain MOFs.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for detecting hydrogen peroxide based on a bimetallic Co / Mn-MOFs enzyme-like property colorimetric method and belongs to the technical field of environmental monitoring. The method comprises: synthesizing two-dimensional bimetallic Co / Mn-MOFs through a one-step hydrothermal method. Through the synergistic catalysis effects of two metals in the material and a large specific surface area and accessible active sites of the two-dimensional structure, the Co / Mn-MOFs have good enzyme-like activity. When H2O2 exits, the material can promote decomposition of H2O2 so that a hydroxyl radical .OH is produced and the .OH oxidizes a chromogenic substrate TMB into oxTMB and thus the reaction system is changed from colorless to blue. The colorimetric sensing method has a H2O2 linear detection range of 1 to 100 micromoles per liter and a detection limit of 0.85 micromoles per liter. The method has the characteristics of simpleness, visuality, low cost and high sensitivity and provides a novel idea for use of the material in environmental monitoring and biological analysis.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental monitoring in environmental engineering, and relates to a method for colorimetrically detecting hydrogen peroxide based on bimetallic Co / Mn-MOFs-like enzyme properties. Background technique [0002] Hydrogen peroxide (H 2 o 2 ), commonly known as hydrogen peroxide, is a colorless and transparent liquid at normal temperature and pressure. Due to its strong oxidizing properties, it is often used as bleaching agent, disinfectant, dechlorination agent, etc. It is widely used in industry, medical treatment, food engineering and other fields, and it exists everywhere in people's daily life. However, the phenomenon of excessive or illegal addition is very serious, resulting in the pollution of the workplace and living environment. while excess H 2 o 2 It is toxic to living organisms. If it is inhaled by the human body or ingested excessively, it will cause great irritation to the eyes, skin an...
