Problems solved by technology

However, the main design concept of traditional glass bottles is as a liquid container, which is not completely suitable for the digestion of primary cells. The traditional round bottom glass bottles limit the full contact between tissues and digestive enzymes, and repeated suction of digestive enzymes, on the one hand. The inability to completely aspirate will reduce the yield of primary cells, and on the other hand, it will also increase the probability of contamination during digestion
Due to the preciousness of tissue samples, the extraction of traditional digestion and separation methods has high requirements for technical operations, and unskilled technical operations and long operation times will affect the total yield of primary cells.
Unstable digestion, separation and extraction methods end up wasting a lot of manpower and financial resources to meet the needs of the experiment, so it is urgent to develop a digestion and separation bottle dedicated to primary cells

Embodiment Construction

[0025] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention more clear, the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described here are only used to explain the present invention, not to limit the present invention.

[0026] Such as figure 1 , Figure 5 As shown, the integrated primary cell digestion and separation bottle includes a switch filter tip 1, a sterile protective cover 2, a positive pressure digestion bottle 3 and a digestion bottle holder 4.

[0027] Such as figure 2 , the switch-type filter includes a connected cylinder and a cone, one end of the cylinder, that is, the large-mouth end of the switch-type filter is provided with a threaded joint 5 for connecting with a positive pressure digestion bottle, and the small-mouth end of the switch-type filter is an outlet with a diameter of 2mm. The cylinder ...

Abstract

The invention discloses an integrated primary cell digestion and separation bottle. The bottle comprises a switch-type filter tip, a sterile protective sleeve, a positive pressure type digestion bottle and a digestion bottle holder. One end of the switch-type filter tip is detachably sleeved by the sterile protective sleeve and the other end of the switch-type filter tip is detachably connected tothe positive pressure type digestion bottle. A first filter mesh is arranged in the switch-type filter tip and a rotary one-way valve is arranged in the side of the switch-type filter tip. The positive pressure type digestion bottle is provided with a sample inlet and a positive pressure port. One end, connected to the switch-type filter tip, of the positive pressure type digestion bottle is provided with a second filter mesh. The bottle realizes integration of digestion and filtration, effectively shortens the learning curve, shortens the operation time and improves the insufficient cell extraction caused by primary cell sedimentation due to excessive operation time. Through a unique one-way switch control and positive pressure filtration method, the convenience and efficiency of primarycell extraction are guaranteed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cell digestion bottle, in particular to an integrated primary cell digestion and separation bottle. Background technique [0002] Primary cells are cells that are isolated and cultured immediately after they are removed from the animal body or human body. Generally, the first generation cells and the cells that have been passed down for less than 10 generations are called primary cell cultures. Because they retain the properties of the body's own cells, primary cells are widely used in various fields of molecular, cell biology, and biomedical research. Primary cells play an irreplaceable role in the field of biomedicine. The current primary cell extraction includes digestion and separation methods and tissue adherence methods. It is a pity that there is currently no universal and efficient digestion and separation bottle for the digestion and separation method, and autoclaved glass bottles are generally used as digestion con...
