Abstract

The invention discloses antifriction graphene, comprising, by weight, 110-140 parts of graphene, 2-5 parts of dimolybdenum boride, 0.5-1 part of ammonium ethoxylated alkyl sulfate, 1-2 parts of saturated stearamide, 24-30 parts of methyl methacrylate, 6-10 parts of acrylic acid, 0.4-1 part of ammonium persulfate, 2-3 parts of silane coupling agent kh550, and 1-2 parts of sucrose acetate isobutyrate. Ammonia and acid reaction herein helps further improve compatibility of graphene with polyesters, thereby improving mechanical stability of a finished product. Polyester modification and dimolybdenum boride doping herein help effectively improve lubricating performance of finished graphene.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of graphene, in particular to a friction-reducing graphene and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Graphene was discovered in 2004 as a two-dimensional honeycomb crystal formed by stacking a single layer of carbon atoms. Graphene's unique crystal structure and zero-bandgap energy level structure make it have excellent thermoelectric and photoelectric properties, and it is expected to be widely used in batteries, displays, field effect transistors, sensors and other devices. The surface properties of graphene, such as wettability, lubricity, and adhesion, greatly affect its application in the field of devices; [0003] And so far, our research mainly focuses on the optoelectronic properties of graphene, but less research on its surface properties. Therefore, the purpose of this invention is to study a graphene material with antifriction function to expand its use. scope. Contents of the inve...
