Abstract

The invention relates to a semi-processed non-oriented electrical steel production method through endless rolling. The method comprises the production steps that (1) smelting is conducted; (2) continuous casting and hot rolling are conducted, wherein the pouring drawing rate is 4.0-7.0 m/min, the thickness of a casting blank is 91-110 mm, the induction heating temperature is 950-1150 DEG C, heat preservation lasts for 30-60 s, the finish rolling temperature is 850-950 DEG C, and the winding temperature is higher than or equal to 750 DEG C; (3) pickling and critical reduction are conducted; and(4) decarburization stress relief annealing and bluing treatment are conducted. According to the method, in the endless rolling process, at the high drawing speed, the casting blank is directly rolled into a sheet without being heated by a soaking pit furnace, through high-temperature winding, critical reduction, stress relief annealing and bluing treatment, primary cold cooling and intermediateannealing are omitted, no coasting layer is needed, and environmental pollution is avoided; and the method has the advantages of being short in procedure, environmentally friendly, low in carbon and efficient.
