The invention discloses a lamella identification method for lysimachia vulgaris, comprising the following steps: (1) taking to-be-identified lysimachia vulgaris, drying and then smashing, taking 0.25gof lysimachia vulgaris powder and putting into a conical bottle, adding 25ml of absolute methanol, performing ultrasonic treatment for 30min, filtering, and taking a subsequent filtrate to be used asa test solution; (2) taking berberine hydrochloride, and preparing a solution with concentration of 800mug / ml to be used as a reference solution; (3) sucking the test solution and the reference solution and respectively dispensing to a same silica gel G lamella plate, developing by taking 60-90 DEG C petroleum ether-trichloromethane-methanol with volume ratio of 5:3:2 as a developing solvent, taking out, airing, and placing under a 365nm ultraviolet light for visual inspection, wherein in the test chromatography, compared with the reference chromatography, spots of same color are displayed atcorresponding positions with Rf value being 0.93+ / -0.02, and the test chromatography also has spots at the position with Rf value being 0.35+ / -0.05 and 0.77+ / -0.05.
