Problems solved by technology

In order to improve the spatial resolution, the lens size of the spaceborne broadband camera is relatively large, and the spot size of the collimator is sometimes difficult to fill the entire field of view of the camera
In addition, it is necessary to refer to the standard detector for imaging, which virtually increases the complexity of the measurement

Embodiment Construction

[0017] The embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail below, but the embodiments are not limited to the present invention, and all similar methods and similar changes of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

[0018] Such as figure 1 As shown in the figure, install the instruments and equipment involved in the figure in place, turn on the halogen lamp 1, the high-precision spectrometer 4 and the wide-spectrum camera 5, and preheat them to the optimal state of the equipment respectively. After the light emitted by the halogen lamp 1 passes through the iHR550 monochromator 2, it emits monochromatic light with a high spectral resolution higher than or equal to 1nm. The other two holes transmit uniform light, use the ASD high-precision spectrometer 4 to measure the radiance of one of the light outlets, use the wide-spectrum camera 5 to image the other light outlet, and use the high-precision spectromete...

Abstract

The invention discloses a spectrum calibration system suitable for a spaceborne wide spectrum band camera. The calibration system is composed of a halogen lamp, a monochromator, a three-hole universalintegrating sphere and a high-precision spectrograph. Light emitted by the halogen lamp is split through the monochromator to form monochromatic light, the monochromatic light enters into the three-hole universal integrating sphere, incident light is reflected by an internal surface of the integrating sphere and then uniform light is emitted out from the other two holes. Radiation brightness of one of light emitting ports is measured through the high-precision spectrograph, and the wide spectrum band camera is used for imaging for the other light emitting port. A spectral response function ofthe wide spectrum band camera is obtained through calculation. The light is split into two uniform paths through the three-hole universal integrating sphere, a radiation brightness spectrum in a widespectrum band can be measured through the high-precision spectrograph, and synchronous imaging with the wide spectrum band camera also can be realized, thus, synchronous measurement for the two pathsis realized, and spectrum calibration efficiency and precision of the wide spectrum band camera are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of earth observation, in particular to a high-precision spectrum calibration system capable of realizing a space-borne wide-spectrum camera. Background technique [0002] The space-borne wide-spectrum camera has the advantages of large energy, high signal-to-noise ratio, and high spatial resolution. It is often used in the fields of earth observation such as aerospace surveying and mapping, land resource exploration, and ecological environment monitoring. It is an important member of remote sensing load. With the demand for remote sensing quantitative applications, the quantification of spaceborne wide-spectrum camera data is also gradually increasing. The high-precision spectral calibration and radiometric calibration of the wide-spectrum camera is an important guarantee for its quantitative application. [0003] The ground object radiation entering the sensor can be roughly summarized as two processes, ...
