The invention also discloses a preparation method forthe highly-filled stone-plastic composite packaging board. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out extrusion, calendering and molding so as to form a middle core layer, wherein the structure of the core layer is a circular truncated cone-shaped or polygonal table-shaped convex-concave honeycomb sheet; and subjecting upper and lower surface layers to thermal lamination,hot pressing and molding with the upper and lower surfaces of the core layer respectively in steps so as to form the composite packaging board.
