Abstract

The device comprises a bin body, a tail gas collector, a heat exchanger and a carrier gas distributor, wherein the tailgas collector, the heat exchanger and the carrier gas distributor are sequentially arranged in the bin body from top to bottom and are fixedly connected with the bin wall on the bin body; the tail gascollector, the heat exchanger and the carrier gas distributor form a drying unit, and one or more drying units can be arranged in the bin body. The particulate materials enters from a feeding port ofthe drying device, and is heated by the heat exchanger to evaporate water to be dried. The carrier gas enters the carrier gas distributor and is uniformly distributed into the material layer in the gas carrier angle tube; the carrier gas is discharged out of the drying device after being collected by the tail gas collector; the drying materials is discharged out of the drying device through the pipeline joint of the drying device.
