Abstract

The invention discloses a reinforced wear-resistant rubber sealing ring and a preparation method thereof. The sealing ring comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of latex, 110-140 parts of isoprene rubber, 40-60 parts of high-temperature resistant adding materials, 20-30 parts of bamboo charcoal fibers and 50-70 parts of dolomite. The preparation method includes heating, dissolving and filtering the latex and the isoprene rubber to obtain a glue solution; cleaning the dolomite, drying and grinding; sieving the crushed dolomite with a sieve to obtain dolomite powder; adding the dolomite powder into the glue solution and stirring the solution to obtain a first mixed glue solution; adding the bamboo charcoal fibers into the first mixed glue solution, and stirring the solution to obtain a second mixed glue solution; and adding the high-temperature resistant adding materials into the second mixed glue solution, mixing evenly, and cooling the solution to pressinto the rubber sealing ring.
