The method comprises mixing and ball-milling ferric oxide powder, sintering additives, water-soluble high-molecular polymers and water into a slurry; then dropwise adding the slurry into a freezing medium through a conical nozzle to obtain solid spherical slurry particles; freeze-drying thesolid spherical slurry particles inside a freezing machine to obtain a whisker precursor, and sintering of the whisker precursor inside an atmosphere sintering furnace.
