The two times of mixed fermentations refer to that the semen cassiae, the fructus crataegi and the soybean are inoculated into bacillus natto according to formula proportions for fermentation, wherein the inoculation amount of the bacillus natto is 8 to 16 percent; the rice and monascus are added into an obtained fermented product for secondary mixed fermentation, wherein the adding amount of the monascus, counted by the weight of the rice, is 5 to 15 percent; finally, the product is obtained.
