The preparation method comprises the following steps: first, respectively cleansing radix salviae miltiorrhizae, astragalus membranaceus, glossy privet fruits, fiveleaf gynostemma herbs, lotus leaves and green teas; then taking the green teas, drying the green teas at 60 DEG C, crushing the dried green teas, screening the crushed green teas through a 16-mesh sieve, collecting green tea powder, and using 60Co irradiation with the dosage of 5kGy for disinfection for subsequent use; then, taking the radix salviae miltiorrhizae, the astragalus membranaceus, the glossy privet fruits, the fiveleaf gynostemma herbs and the lotus leaves, and adding water to the radix salviae miltiorrhizae, the astragalus membranaceus, the glossy privet fruits, the fiveleaf gynostemma herbs and the lotus leaves to be extracted twice, wherein the water of which the amount is 12 times of the amount of the radix salviae miltiorrhizae, the astragalus membranaceus, the glossy privet fruits, the fiveleaf gynostemma herbs and the lotus leaves is added each time, the extracting time is 1.5 hours each time, filtering the extracted substances, merging filtrate, and decompressing and concentrating the filtrate to form clean cream to obtain dry cream powder for subsequent use; and finally, evenly mixing the dry cream powder and the green tea powder, using 70% of ethyl alcohol for preparing soft materials, using a 14-mesh sieve for pelletizing the soft materials into granules, drying the granules at 60 DEG C, using a 10-mesh sieve for trimming the granules, and obtaining finished products. The tea which is prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the efficacy of reducing blood lipid, and the preparation method is simple.
