The dry low-temperature flue gas desulfurizing agent has the advantages that the main components of the fly ash are alkaline oxides with a desulfurization effect, such as aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, ferric oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide and the like, and the fly ash is of a multi-void structure, so that the fly ash has an adsorption effect as good as that of activated carbon, plus manganese oxide or copper oxide is used as an oxygen collecting center to reduce the reactor temperature so as to improve the low-temperature desulfurization efficiency.
