Abstract

The rubber compound comprises, by mass, 65-80 parts of acrylic rubber, 15-20 parts of fluorinated silicone rubber, 5-15 parts of polyester type TPU, 40-60 parts of fast extrusion furnace black, 0.5-1.5 parts of a 3# vulcanizing agent, 1-1.5 parts of stearic acid, 4-8 parts of a crosslinking agent, 5-10 parts of a softening plasticizer, 1-2 parts of a dispersing agent, 8-10 parts of metallic oxide, 2-4 parts of processing oil, 2-3 parts of an anti-ageing agent and 2-3 parts of a scorch retarder. A proper type of rubber is selectedto be matched with an elastomer to serve as the base material of rubber, and the rubber product has excellent oil resistance, high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and excellent comprehensive physical performance.
