Abstract

The invention relates to a method for biologically synthesizing sclareolide. The method comprises the steps of taking a yeast culture medium and separately adding sclareol and a light white cryptococcus protoplast fluid into the yeast culture medium to obtain a mixture, wherein the sclareol accounts for 3-8% of the total mass of the yeast culture medium, and the light white cryptococcus protoplastfluid accounts for 4-10% of the total mass of the yeast culture medium; placing the mixture in a glass vessel, and then shaking the vessel for fermentation for 10 days on a shaking table at the temperature of 23-28 DEG C and the speed of 140-180 r / min to obtain sclareolide. According to the method, a microorganism conversion method is utilized, and sclareol is used as a substrate and converted bylight white cryptococcus to prepare sclareolide, so that the problems that a synthesis technology process of sclareolide based on a chemical method is environmentally unfriendly, complicated in step, low in safety and the like are solved, and a new way is provided for synthesizing sclareolide.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of food, and in particular relates to a method for biosynthesizing sclareolactone. Background technique [0002] Sclareolide is an important food additive belonging to ambergris-flavored spices and an important intermediate for the synthesis of ambrox. Sclareolide can increase and improve the sensory properties of food, and has been widely used in the food industry. It can also be widely used in industries such as tobacco and cosmetics. At the same time, sclareolactone is also an intermediate in the synthesis of some drugs. It can be used in the pharmaceutical industry to synthesize drugs with anticancer effects. Therefore, the synthesis of sclareolide has high value. At present, the domestic synthesis of sclareolide usually adopts a chemical synthesis method, which needs to be obtained by oxidizing sclareol with an oxidant such as potassium permanganate. In this process, the use of a large number of oxidants and c...
