The detergent comprises following raw materials: an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, a zwitter ionic surfactant, an auxiliary agent, an antiseptic, essence, and an enzyme auxiliary agent. During the production process of one main anionic surfactant (MES), byproducts (disodium salts) are generated; the water solubility and low temperature stability of MES are weakened due to the byproducts; in order to solve the problem, MES is compounded with other raw materials to improve the water solubility and low temperature stability; the application range of MES in detergents is enlarged, the transportation cost is reduced, and the price is competitive. The raw materials are originated from plants, are mild, safe, nontoxic, and biodegradable, have a strong performance on resisting hard water, and can be applied to cloth detergents and tableware detergents.
