Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of polyurea materials, in particular to a graphene substance-modified elastomer material and a preparation method thereof. The elastomer material comprisesa first component and a second component, wherein the first component includes an isocyanate prepolymer obtained by reacting polyhydric alcohols and isocyanate substances; the isocyanate prepolymer contains 22 to 30 percent of -NCO; the second component comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 to 90 parts of polyether amine, 1 to 10 parts of a liquid amine chain extender, 1 to 5parts of polytetrahydrofuran ether polyhydric alcohols and 1 to 5 parts of graphene substance. The hard segment content is improved by regulating the -NCO content of the isocyanate prepolymer. In combination with the components in the second component, the elasticity of a polymer is ensured while the mechanical properties of hardness, bending resistance and the like are improved.
