Abstract
The invention discloses a soft-melting auxiliary agent for a tin-plated steel plate. The soft-melting auxiliary agent comprises the following components of, in percentage by mass, 0.5-3% of inorganicphosphate, 1-5% of organic carboxylic acid, 0.05-0.5% of water-soluble bivalent tin salt, 0.1-1% of water-soluble rare earth salt containing at least one of lanthanum and cerium, and the balance water; and in addition, the invention further discloses a surface treatment method of the tin-plated steel plate, the method comprises the following steps that (1) soft-melting treatment of a tin layer isperformed on the tin-plated steel plate subjected to tin plating, and the surface of the tin-plated steel plate is coated with the soft-melting auxiliary agent, then drying is performed, then the tin-plated steel plate is heated to a tinned layer to be completely molten, and then water quenching is performed on the tin-plated steel plate; and (2) the surface of the tin-plated steel plate which issubjected to soft-melting treatment of the tin layer is coated with a silicon dioxide modified acrylic resin solution; and in addition, the invention further discloses a tin-plated steel plate with nochromium on a surface, the surface property of the tin-plated steel plate is good, the treatment method is environment-friendly and pollution-free.
