Abstract

The invention discloses a determination method of organic amine in atmospheric particulates. The method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a standard solution; S2, pretreating a sample; S3,deriving; S4, extracting and concentrating; and S5, qualitatively and quantitatively analyzing. A method for quickly and simply determining the amine substance in the atmospheric particulates is established. In the derivatization process of the method, an operation of adding other reagent as the catalyst is avoided, and the derivatization can be accomplished by only stirring at normal temperatureunder an alkali condition, and is time-saving and simple in operation. The warming program is optimized, the qualitative and quantitative ions of six aromatic amines (methylamine, the dimethylamine, the ethylamine, the diethylamine, the propylamine and the butyl amine) are determined; and the method is applied to the determination of amine substance in the actual atmospheric particulates, and thetechnical support is provided for further developing the research on the organic amine substance environment behavior in the aerosol.
