The extraction method comprises the following steps: collecting silkworm excrement and removing impurities, and obtaining silkworm excrement powder after drying andsmashing the silkworm excrement; by a method of combination of assistance of ultrasonic wave and flash extraction, extracting the silkworm excrement powder with water solution, concentrating and drying extracting solution, and determining content of flavone. In the extraction method provided by the invention, by the method of combination of ultrasonic extraction and flash extraction, compared with the conventional extraction method, damage to thermolabile constituents is avoided, and the extraction method provided by the invention has high yield, is green and environmental-friendly, and remarkably improves transfer rate of effective constituents.
