On one hand, the garbage fly ash can be fused and converted into a glassy state, so that the garbage fly ash is changed from hazardous waste to general solid waste; and on the other hand, leachate generated by garbage storage can be treated, and flue gas generated by fusing fly ash can also be discharged up to the standard.
