According to the production technology, through boiling-off treatment, caustic soda and other boiling-off additives are subjected to a chemical degradation reaction or emulsification, swelling and the like with pectin substances, waxy substances and nitrogen substances, after washing, impurities are removed from the fabric,the whiteness of the surface of the fabric is improved, and impurities in the fabric are reduced; through mercerization treatment, the dye-uptake of dye during dyeing can be increased, the orientationdegree is improved, the fabric strength is improved, and a setting effect is further achieved; through breathability treatment, the breathability of the fabric can be improved, and after the fabric is made into a garment, the garment is comfortable to wear.
