The extraction process comprises the following steps: taking fresh rose petals, washing the fresh rose petals with clear water to remove silt, and draining water; subjecting water-drained rose petals to microwave sterilization; soaking sterilized rose petalswith a salt solution, distilling a mixed solution of the rose petals and the salt solution, after distillation is completed, adding an organic solvent into a fraction for extraction so as to separatean organic phase; and concentrating the organic phase, adding ethanol into a concentrated solution, carrying out uniform mixing under stirring, carrying out filtering so as to remove a filter residue,concentrating a filtrate, and carrying out ultraviolet sterilization so as to obtain the rose essential oil.
