The primaryside of the matching transformer is in time-sharing connection to two output ends of the power supply, one end of the secondary side of the matching transformer is connected to one end of the igniting inductor, the other end of the igniting inductor is connected to one end of the serial capacitor, and the other end of the serial capacitor is connected to the other end of the matching transformer;an ignition electrode is connected to public ends of the igniting inductor and the serial capacitor, the grounding electrode is connected to public ends of the serial capacitor and the matching transformer, and in the circuit, f=f0 is acquired at ignition.
