Abstract

The invention relates to the technical fields of bioscience and a detection reagent, and particularly discloses a preparation method of a polyclonal antibody for specific recognition of dynein regulatory complex protein 1(DRC1). The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) analyzing protein DRC1 epitope: through epitope analysis, selecting a target fragment as recombinant expressionof the protein DRC1, wherein the gene sequence of the target fragment is shown as SEQID N0.1 in a sequence table; (2) after PCR amplification of DNA of the selected target fragment, inserting the DNAinto an expression vector, constructing a recombinant expression vector containing the nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQID NO.1, transforming the recombinant expression vector to escherichia coli competence cells to obtain recombination protein DRC1 antigen; and (3) performing animal immunization with the recombination protein DRC1 antigen, and through serum, obtaining the polyclonal antibody for specific recognition of the protein DRC1. During preparation of the recombination protein, an escherichia coli expression system is adopted, so that the expression of the recombination protein canbe well guaranteed, the expression yield is high, and large-batch preparation of the polyclonal antibody for specific recognition of the protein DRC1 is facilitated.
