The breathable shoe sole comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-45 parts of natural rubber; 20 to 25parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer; 35 to 45 parts of vinyl silicone rubber; 4-7 parts of a compatilizer; 1.5-3 parts of a vulcanizing agent; 1 to 1.5 parts of an accelerant; 40 to 60 parts ofa filler; 2-3 parts of a foaming agent H2; 2-3 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil; 0.8 to 1.5 parts of an anti-aging agent; 1.5 to 3 parts of activated zinc oxide; and 0.4-0.6 part of stearic acid. A blending system of natural rubber / ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber / vinyl silicone rubber can be well mixed with the help of the compatilizer, so that the sole material has excellent mechanical properties, aging resistance and air permeability, is suitable for being used as soles of leisure leather shoes, and improves the wearing comfort of people.
