Abstract

The invention discloses an antibacterial degradable polymer as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises following step: C-PPC film is prepared by adoptingspin coating or electrostatic spinning method; grafting of SBMA and MA to the surface of the C-PPC film is carried out by utilizing ultraviolet grafting technology, so as to realize introduction ofcarboxyl; finally, one or two active factors including antibacterial peptide (C) and lysozyme (LYZ) are combined to the surface of obtained C-PPC-g-P(SBMA-co-MA) through electrostatic interaction, andtherefore the degradable polymer with road-spectrum antibacterial property is obtained. In the preparation process of the antibacterial degradable polymer disclosed by the invention, using of plasticizers and organic solvents is avoided, and the antibacterial degradable polymer has the characteristics of biodegradability and good antibacterial property, so that the antibacterial degradable polymer is especially suitable to be used in food packaging, especially in food fresh keeping film.
