Problems solved by technology

Moreover, the crystallization time of the hydrothermal method is relatively long, and it is easy to cause environmental pollution during the crystallization or roasting of molecular sieves, or produce a large amount of waste liquid, or release some toxic gases, such as nitric oxide, etc.

Embodiment 1

[0034] The preparation of embodiment 1 MeAPSO-44 molecular sieve (Me=Fe, Ti)

[0035] Pretreatment: remove impurities from the bauxite, and ball mill it in a ball mill with a rotating speed of 500r / min for 2 hours to obtain powdered bauxite;

[0036] Solid-phase synthesis: Weigh 1.5000g of pretreated powdery alumina in a polytetrafluoroethylene lining, 3 PO 4 (85wt%) is P 2 o 5 source, silica sol (SiO 2 30wt%, alkaline), rice husk; wherein the weight ratio of alumina and rice husk is 1.5:1.0. According to the raw material molar ratio is Al 2 o3 :P 2 o 5 : SiO 2 :CHA:H 2 O=1.0:0.9:0.6:2.0:30, feed in the order of deionized water, phosphorus source, supplementary silicon source, and template agent, wherein supplementary silicon source (add silica sol first and then add rice husk), each addition of one The raw materials were then magnetically stirred for 30 min. After adding the materials, stir magnetically for 2 hours at normal temperature to obtain a uniform paste mi...

Embodiment 2

[0040] The difference between Example 2 and Example 1 is: during the solid-phase synthesis process in Example 1, 1.5000 g of pretreated powdered alumina was weighed; crystallization took 24 hours. Example 8 During the solid-phase synthesis process, 5.0000 g of pretreated powdered alumina was weighed, and the crystallization time was 16 hours.

Embodiment 3

[0042] The difference between Example 3 and Example 1 is: in the solid-phase synthesis process of Example 1, the weight ratio of bauxite and rice husk is 1.5:1.0 for feeding; in the solid-phase synthesis process of Example 3, the bauxite and rice husk The weight ratio of the shell is 1.5:0.45 for feeding.

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a MeAPSO-44 molecular sieve. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pretreatment, solid-phase or hydrothermal synthesis, crystallization,and aftertreatment, wherein natural bauxite contains silicon element, iron element and titanium element components. According to the technical scheme, cheap and easily available natural bauxite is used as a raw material; added rice husk can be used as a supplementary silicon source and a hard template agent, and is capable of promoting entering of metal heteroatoms into molecular sieve frameworks;effective utilization of aluminum, silicon, iron, titanium and the like in natural bauxite is realized, the MeAPSO-44 molecular sieve (Me = Fe, Ti) with characteristics of micropore-mesopore composite hierarchical pores and specific surface area of 303-421 m < 2 > / g is prepared from the bauxite by using the solid phase method through the one-step method. Oxides in natural bauxite and rice husks are basically amorphous substances, so that the synthesis of molecular sieves is facilitated; in addition, no bonding phenomenon occurs in phosphoric acid adding process, so that the material uniformity for solid-phase synthesis is facilitated. The MeAPSO-44 molecular sieve with a complete crystalline phase and a large specific surface area can be synthesized from natural raw materials, and rice husk has a promotion effect on entering of metal heteroatoms into molecular sieve skeletons.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of mineral resource processing, in particular to a MeAPSO-44 molecular sieve and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In 1998, US Patent AU9785098 disclosed a preparation method comprising silicoaluminophosphate SAPO-44 or substantially pure SAPO-44, and used the prepared molecular sieves for oxidative conversion into olefins. SAPO-44 belongs to silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve, which has similar physical and chemical properties to SAPO-34, and has chabazite-type pores and three-dimensional cross channels composed of four-membered rings, double six-membered rings and eight-membered rings. The molecular sieve named MeAPSO-44 is embedded with metal atoms in SAPO-44. The pore size and acidity of the molecular sieve are changed due to the entry of metal ions, and then exhibit new structures and properties. [0003] The specific synthesis method of MeAPSO-44 molecular sieve is similar to that ...
