Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing boron oxide powder: namely drying boric acid, conducting cooling to room temperature, and conducting grinding into powder for later use; (2) preparing a lithium titanate single crystal by a solid-phase melting method: namely mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5-6.0 parts of B2O3 powder, 0.2-2.0 parts of Li2TiO3 and 0.5-6.0 parts of Li2CO3, carrying out uniform grindingto obtain mixed powder, heating the mixed powder to 1000-1100 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 10-12 hours, then carrying out two-stage cooling to 900-1000 DEG C and 600-700 DEG C, and carrying outnatural cooling to room temperature to obtain a solid-phase mixture; and (3) carrying out pickling for removing impurities: namely washing the solid-phase mixture with an H2SO4 solution and deionizedwater in sequence, and carrying out natural air drying to obtain the centimeter-level acicular LiTiO3 single crystal.
