Embodiment 1

[0076] In a first embodiment, 10 g of vinyl-functionalized polydimethylsiloxane are placed in a reaction vessel and 65 g of decamethylcyclopentasiloxane are incorporated. Under constant stirring at 800 rpm, 0.5 g of methylhydrogensiloxane-dimethylsiloxane copolymer, 6.25 g of liquid polydimethylsiloxane, and 0.01 g of isopropanol were added to the reaction mixture for 10 % of hexachloroplatinic acid as catalyst and 0.05 g of 2,4,7,9-tetramethyl-5-decyne-4,7-diol as inhibitor. After a stirring time of 60 seconds, the reaction solution was ready for use. In this case, vinyl-functionalized polymethicone and methylhydrogensiloxane-dimethylsiloxane copolymer form a reactive silicone system and polydimethylsiloxane forms a non-reactive silicone oil, and decamethylcyclopentasiloxane form a diluent.

[0077] The preparation thus prepared was applied to the plastic hollow body on the inside by a wiping process and cured by heating to 175° C. for 20 seconds. In this case, a standard ...

Embodiment 2

[0079] In a second embodiment, 80 g of vinyl-functional polydimethylsiloxane are placed in a reaction vessel and 640 g of hexamethyldisiloxane are incorporated. Under constant stirring at 1000 rpm, 2 g of methylhydrogensiloxane-dimethylsiloxane copolymer, 48 g of liquid polydimethylsiloxane, 1.1 g of 1,1,3,3 - Tetramethyl-1,3-divinyldisiloxane platinum complex and 0.1 g of butynol as inhibitors. After a stirring time of 60 seconds, the formulation was ready for use.

[0080] The formulation was applied to the plastic hollow body on the inside by a wiping process and cured by heating to 250° C. for 3.5 seconds. In this case, a standard size "1 ml long" 1 ml COC syringe with an inner diameter of 6.5 mm was used as the substrate for depositing the sliding layer. Subsequently, the static and sliding coefficients of friction of the cured sliding layer were determined. Here, a V9361FM457 / 0FLNC2057 stopper from Datwyler Pharma Packaging with an outer diameter of 6.9+ / −0.1 mm was p...

Embodiment 3

[0086] In a third embodiment, 80 g of vinyl functional polydimethylsiloxane was placed in a reaction vessel and 640 g of decamethylcyclopentasiloxane was incorporated. Under constant stirring at 1000rpm, 2g of methylhydrogensiloxane-dimethylsiloxane copolymer, 48g of liquid polydimethylsiloxane, 1.1g of isopropanol in 10% Hexachloroplatinic acid was used as catalyst and 0.1 g of butynol as inhibitor. After a stirring time of 60 seconds, the formulation was ready for use.

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation for application to an inner side of a hollow body to produce a sliding layer on a packaging for pharmaceuticals or cosmetic products. The liquid preparation comprises the following constituents: a reactive silicone system for forming a silicone network of the sliding layer, a catalyst for catalyzing the cross-linking reaction of the reactive silicone system,at least one unreactive silicone oil, and at least one diluent. The diluent comprises a silicon-containing compound and a content of the diluent in the preparation amounts is more than 45 percent by weight and less than 95 percent by weight in the preparation.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention generally relates to containers for containing pharmaceutical and cosmetic preparations. In particular, the invention relates to such containers having a sliding layer which facilitates the sliding of the piston or bung for emptying the container. Background technique [0002] Plastic-based cosmetic and pharmaceutical packages have been state-of-the-art for decades, but they also pose various challenges. When used as a pharmaceutical packaging for syringe applications, the greatest challenge is to move the inserted stopper with little force. The low static and sliding friction of the stopper enables complete and rapid ejection of the contents from the syringe and minimizes discomfort to the patient to be treated due to uneven movement of the stopper or even stagnation of the stopper . [0003] From the prior art it is especially known that siliconized pharmaceutical packaging is used to solve this challenge. [0004] In US Pat...
