Abstract

The invention discloses an online monitoring and tracing method for universal parts of a continuous casting machine based on digital twinning. The online monitoring and tracing method specifically comprises the following steps: step 1, constructing a system framework; 2, based on the system framework of the component in the step 1, carrying out digital twinning on continuous casting machine equipment; 3, performing three-dimensional visual monitoring on the universal part based on the result obtained in the step 2; and step 4, tracking and tracing the general parts based on the three-dimensional visual monitoring in the step 3.
