A gain-variable cross-coupled charge pump comprises a first boosting module, a second boosting module, a third boosting module, a fourth boosting module and a gain selection module. The first boostingmodule can realize double boosting of input voltage; the second boosting module can realize three or four times of boosting of input voltage on the basis of the first boosting module; the third boosting module can realize six times or eight times of boosting of the input voltage on the basis of the first boosting module and the second boosting module; and the fourth boosting module can achieve four, five, seven and nine times of boosting of the input voltage on the basis of the first boosting module, the second boosting module and the third boosting module. The charge pump can achieve flexible adjustment of gain through superposition use of the boosting modules and the selection effect of the gain selection module.
