The system comprise a wind heat unit, a photovoltaic unit and an energy storage assembly, wherein the wind heat unit comprises a wind turbine, a compressor, a throttle valve, an evaporator and a condenser, the wind turbine is in transmission connection with a driving shaftof the compressor, the compressor communicates with the evaporator and the condenser through refrigerant pipelines, and the condenser communicates with the evaporator through the refrigerant pipelinesvia the throttle valve; the photovoltaic unit comprises a solar photovoltaic panel and a first inverter, and the power supply end of the solar photovoltaic panel is electrically connected with the input end of the first inverter; and the energy storage assembly comprises a heat storage water tank and a storage battery, a water inlet of the heat storage water tank communicates with the condenser through a water pipe, a water outlet of the heat storage water tank communicates with a heat water supply end of a user end, an input end of the storage battery is electrically connected with an outputend of the first inverter, and an output end of the storage battery is electrically connected with a power supply end of the user end.
