Abstract

The invention discloses a super-hydrophobic magnetic response micro-rib array for directionally transporting liquid drops and a preparation method of the super-hydrophobic magnetic response micro-ribarray. According to the preparation method, a PMMA template is prepared by utilizing a laser ablation technology; a PDMS prepolymer, a curing agent and carbonyl iron powder are uniformly mixed;an obtained mixture is poured on the template; vacuum degassing treatment is carried out, the carbonyl iron powder particles on the surface of the template are magnetize; redundant mixed solution is scrapedoff from the surface of the template; a mixture of the pure PDMS prepolymer and the curing agent is poured, the template is stripped after the template is heated and cured, so that a magnetic responsemicro-rib array structure surface can be obtained; and the micro-rib structure surface is modified by using a laser ablation technology, so that the super-hydrophobic magnetic response micro-rib array surface can be obtained. The prepared super-hydrophobic magnetic response micro-rib array is high in response speed; and the magnetic response process of the super-hydrophobic magnetic response micro-rib array is reversible. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple and high in operability, can be practically applied to the directional transportation of liquid drops, and has awide application value in the fields of micro-fluidic control, biological medicines and the like.
