According to the lithium ion extraction device disclosed by the invention, the difference of electrophoresis mobility of different cations is utilized, the local water flow velocity and the local electric field intensity are changed by controlling the pressure at the inlet and adjusting the heights of the longitudinal and transverse barrier blocks in the main channel, andenrichment and extraction of lithium ions in the extraction cavity tube area are realized.
