Abstract

The invention discloses concentration, atomization and evaporation drying equipment for desulfurization wastewater, and relates to the technical field of industrial wastewater treatment. The equipmentcomprises a plurality of concentration separators, a rotary atomizer, a spray drying tower and a flue heat exchanger, which are sequentially connected in series. The plurality of concentration separators can be used for effectively concentrating desulfurization wastewater, reducing the water content of the desulfurization wastewater, improving the subsequent evaporation drying effect and recovering steam condensate water generated in the concentration process. The concentrated desulfurization wastewater is sent into the spray drying tower and evaporated to dryness through high-temperature flue gas, so that part of solid components in the desulfurization wastewater are dehydrated and precipitated as ash, which is subjected to a centralized treatment, and the other part of solid componentsis subjected to an electric precipitation capture treatment in a power plant along with the flue gas, so that zero emission of desulfurization wastewater is truly realized. Meanwhile, in the process,the high-temperature flue gas is firstly utilized by the spray drying tower to evaporate and dry the desulfurization wastewater, and the tail flue gas is subjected to continuous heat exchange throughthe flue heat exchanger and a one-effect heat exchanger, so that the waste heat is utilized in the heating of the separators, and the effects of environmental protection and energy conservation are achieved.
