The two-component water-based finish paint is composedof a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is prepared from a water-based hydroxyl acrylic acid dispersion, a coalescing agent, a leveling agent, a base material wetting agent, a light stabilizer, an anti-blistering additive, color paste, a thickener, a pH regulator, a bactericide and water; and the component B consists of an oily polyisocyanate curing agent and a cosolvent. According to the invention, the water-based hydroxyl acrylic acid dispersion is selected as the water-based resin, and the oil-based polyisocyanate curing agent with low price, longer activation period, higher foaming limit and better constructability is selected as the curing agent, so that the obtained two-component water-based finish paint is low in cost; and the paint film has the advantages of high gloss, favorable weather resistance, favorable water resistance, low VOC content and no pungent smell, and can be widely popularized and applied.
