Abstract

The invention provides a chain boiler for collaborative combustion of biomass and household waste and an operating method of the chain boiler. The chain boiler comprises a chain boiler body, a feedingdevice, a mixing device, a temperature measuring device, a smoke measuring device and an air distributing device. The feeding device comprises three layers of hoppers for conveying the biomass and the household waste, and an adjuster can be used for adjusting the feeding amount. The temperature measuring device comprises three groups of temperature sensors, an air chamber of the chain boiler is divided into three air portions through the air distributing device, air inflow branch pipes are connected with mass-flow meters, and the valve openings of the mass-flow meters and the feeding amountsof all the layers of hoppers are adjusted according to dynamic feedback of each group of temperature sensors and CO sensors. Rotatable longitudinal air distributing plates are arranged in the air chamber, the air feeding amount from the front end to the rear end of each air portion of the air chamber can be adjusted, and in combination with a delayed air distributing or advanced air distributing process, the purpose of uniform combustion is achieved. The operating principle is clear, resourceful treatment of the household waste is achieved while the combustion efficiency of the biomass is improved, the waste is utilized, and economic benefits can be created.
