Embodiment 1
[0022] 1. Determination of hemicellulose content: 319 ramie core germplasms were planted in the experimental field of Yuanjiang City, Hunan Province in 2017, with a row spacing of 70 cm and a plant spacing of 50 cm, planted in a single row. The fertility of the experimental field is medium to high and uniform, there are no tall buildings and trees around it, the drainage and irrigation are good, and the planting depth is consistent. In 2018, the traits of the association analysis group and the verification group were tested respectively. After the field samples were harvested, they were stripped with a simple manual scraper (Yuanjiang No. 2), and dried to obtain raw hemp for hemicellulose determination. Sampling was carried out according to GB5881-86 "Sampling method for physical and chemical properties of ramie", and the hemicellulose content was determined by microwave method (Lengjuan et al., 2008), with three repetitions for each variety.
