Problems solved by technology

Although the alkaloid and flavor components can be confirmed, but the offline analysis method is basically used. This method has great defects: first, the nicotine capture and pretreatment process is cumbersome and time-consuming; second, it requires A lot of solvents, easy to cause environmental pollution
[0004] Therefore, the detection method of volatile compounds such as alkaloids and flavors in tobacco needs to be improved

Embodiment 1

[0054] The present embodiment detects with cigarette shredded tobacco sample as an example, specifically as follows:

[0055] 1. Experimental method

[0056] (1) Preparation of samples and instruments: Before using the thermal desorption sample tube, put a small amount of glass quartz wool into the slot at the bottom, and thermal desorption and cremation at 250°C for 30 minutes. The flue-cured tobacco samples were kept in an oven at 40°C overnight, and 0.20±0.01 mg of cigarette shredded tobacco samples without target substances were weighed and directly put into cremated sample tubes, and the sample tubes were placed in the heating tank of Gerstel TDU thermal desorption instrument for purging Heat, add 1 μL of internal standard solution at the same time, and analyze under the working conditions of the instrument.

[0057] (2) On-machine measurement: After filtering with a 0.22 μm nylon filter membrane, on-machine detection.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting volatile compounds in tobacco. The method is carried out by utilizing thermal desorption cold trap-gas chromatography mass spectrometry and does not needto carry out pretreatment on the tobacco. The method comprises the following steps: arranging tobacco in a thermal desorption tube of a thermal desorption cold trap to carry out thermal desorption treatment so as to obtain a thermal desorption product; enabling the thermal desorption product to enter a cold trap pipe of the thermal desorption cold trap for cold trap trapping to obtain a cold traptrapping product; and carrying out temperature programming on the cold trap trapping product and carrying out shunting emptying treatment and purging treatment at a first preset time so as to removematrix interference, introducing a volatile compound into the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry through an analysis column a within a second preset time so as to be analyzed and detected to carry out qualitative / quantitative detection on the alkaloid. The method has the advantages of no need of pretreatment of a tobacco sample, simple detection flow, small matrix interference, and high detection sensitivity and precision.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of analytical chemistry, in particular to a method for detecting volatile compounds in tobacco. Background technique [0002] In the cigarette industry, cigarette formula has always been regarded as the core technology of the cigarette industry. The smoking experience of cigarette smoke is the basic factor for evaluating cigarette products and is a common concern of the tobacco industry and cigarette consumers. Cigarette smoke is a mixture of extremely complex chemical components. It is produced by tobacco combustion, cracking and distillation during the smoking process of cigarettes. Due to the high combustion temperature, a series of complex reactions will occur in shredded tobacco, spices, auxiliary materials, etc. These compounds directly affect the sensory quality of cigarettes. Existing studies have shown that the higher the content of nicotine in the total alkaloid content, the better the quality of tobacco le...
