The microfiltration unit comprises a microfiltration membrane assembly for filtration, a flow meter mounted on a pipeline and a pressure transmitter for reflecting the pressure of a membrane column. The cleaning unit comprises a cleaning device and an air stirring device. The sewage collection unit comprises a water collection device anda discharge device for discharging water from the water collection device. The control system comprises a pneumatic valve arranged on a pipeline. The air supply unit comprises a compressed air preparation device for providing power for the pneumatic valve and the air stirring device. According to the device disclosed by the invention, high-concentration sludge can be efficiently filtered under the operation pressure of 0.1MPa, and the recovery rate of a rear-end membrane process is improved; and operations such as automatic startup, operation, cleaning, pollution discharge and shutdown can becompleted.
