The treatment devicecomprises a constant-temperature water tank, a gas inlet pipe, a one-way valve and a first power pump, wherein the constant-temperature water tank is sealed and an inner cavity body of the constant-temperature water tank is filled with water; the gas inlet pipe communicates with a light hydrocarbon source of the outside, and the gas inlet pipe is arranged on one side of the constant-temperature water tank in a bending manner; the one-way valve is arranged on an outlet of the gas inlet pipe; the first power pump comprises a piston pump, a driving rod and a floating plate; the outlet of the gasinlet pipe communicates with one side of a chamber body which is arranged above a piston of the piston pump; the piston pump is suspended in the constant-temperature water tank and is completely soaked in the water; the driving rod is fixedly arranged on the bottom face of the piston and can penetrate through a through hole which is formed in the bottom face of the pump body of the piston pump; asealing device is arranged at the through hole; and the floating plate is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the driving rod.
