Abstract

The invention discloses a high polymer grouting reinforcement method for repairing a water-rich bedrock tunnel pavement. The high polymer grouting reinforcement method comprises two parts of preparation of a high polymer composite grouting material and grouting repair. The high polymer composite grouting material is prepared from a component A and a component B. The component A is prepared by thefollowing steps: stirring and mixing P.O.42.5 slag portland cement and tap water according to a water-cement ratio of 0.4:1 for 10-15 minutes, slowly adding 2000 LM of polyether polyol and castor oil-based polyoxyethylene ether in the stirring process, and continuously stirring the components for 5-10 minutes; and the component B is prepared by stirring isocyanate PAPI and HDI, wherein the ratio of PAPI to HDI is 80:20. The rapid grouting repair technology is short in curing time, high in traffic opening speed, convenient and fast to construct, good in durability and good in permeation resistance, tunnel pavement heaves and cracks can be repaired, damage of tunnel leakage water is prevented, and technical support and guarantee are provided for tunnel pavement heaves, cracks, sedimentationand other diseases.
